In these times of exponential climate disruption, social injustice, and corporate power, we are challenged to re-imagine our personal and collective capacities for hope, resilience, and work for justice.
This workshop provides a framework for self and community care in difficult times. Through Reframing our circumstances; Regrouping and grounding ourselves; Reclaiming our creativity; Respecting our emotions; Re-visioning our future; and Re-activating our intention; we grow our capacities to weather the storms, literal and figurative, in our world.
Together, we will explore the qualities of gratitude that are deep and sustainable enough to hold us even in the darkest times, and expansive enough to support the hard work of individuals and communities working for Justice.
This workshop is offered on a gift economy basis. Participants offer a donation after considering the following three questions: What is fair? What can I afford? What can I offer with joy? The gift economy allows access for all and grows community.
Donations will be collected at the door. Capacity is limited. Pre-registration is required.
